Hereby, we would like to inform the applicants that the place of submitting applications has changed in the Northern Great Plain. We would like to ask the applicants to submit their applications to the new address until the 23rd of July, 2004, 2 pm latest.
Statement on the procurement of experts participating in the projects (July 8th, 2004) The Act of Public Procurements (CXXIX. Act in 2003) refers to all those procurements of which the net estimated value is 2 million HUF or higher. This rule applies to the experts participating in the project as well.
The ESF European Social Fund National Implementing Agency Public Service Company - in accordance with the tender documentation - approves the experts providing services for less than 2 million HUF based on their CVs and professional eligibility. In case of procurements above this value, however, applicants and beneficiaries should apply the Hungarian Act of Public Procurements.
Regarding further procurements less than 2 million HUF, the approval of the ESF is needed. In case of procurements less than 1 million HUF the Contracting Authority prescribes the request of one quotation, while in case of procurements between 1 and 2 million HUF three quotations should be submitted.
Hereby, we would like to notify the applicants that the "Application Guidelines" and the "Application Form" of the HU2003/004-347.05.03. "Combating exclusion from the world of work" Phare programme has been modified on the 3rd of June, 2004.
According to the modification the legally binding court registration on the foundation of the partner organisation should be dated prior to the 1st of January, 2003.
